What's Included...
Every residential clean covers the glass, frames and sills, not just the panes. We use a [purified-water reach-and-wash system: confirm with Sean], which lifts dirt and dries spot-free with no detergent residue. It also means upstairs windows are cleaned from the ground, without ladders against your walls.
Conservatories & Extensions
Conservatory roofs, glass extensions, bi-folds and Velux windows can all be added to your clean.
Exterior Cleaning
Windows are where we started, but they're only part of the picture. We clean gutters, rooflines, driveways, patios and walls, so the whole outside of your property looks cared for.
Gutters & Fascias
Gutter clearing removes what's inside the gutter: leaves, moss, silt and debris that stop water flowing. Gutter cleaning is the outside face of the gutter, where green and black streaks build up. Most properties need clearing first, because a clean-looking gutter can still be full. We do both, and fascias and soffits can be added too.

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME?
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
No. As long as we can reach the windows, including through a side gate, we can clean while you're out. Just leave the gate unlocked or tell us how to get in.
Light rain doesn't affect a purified-water clean. In high winds, heavy rain or frost we'll reschedule and let you know.
HOW DO I PAY?
CAN YOU CLEAN THE FRAMES AND SILLS?
Bank transfer, card, online payment or cash after each clean. We'll send a note after every visit so you know it's done.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most homes look their best on a 4 to 8 week cycle. Homes near main roads or trees may need more frequent cleaning.
Is purified water really better than soap?
Yes. Purified water has no minerals, so it dries without streaks and leaves no residue to attract dirt.
